Due to our exit from the European Union, we are entering an unknown world of business.Unknown trade deals, unknown scales of economy and unknown types of people power. Lateral and creative thinking are only the baseline skills to a profitable business that grows. An essential component in the business mix is the MAVERICK. Mavericks think differently, emote deeply and configure information in ways that cannot be predicted. Some people are born Mavericks but it is a skill that can be learned. In this workshop, Participants will experientially take part in hands on exercises that will not only shift their paradigm of thought but will also expand their knowledge of how diverse employees operate in the workplace. The aim of the workshop is to trigger the inner Maverick in each of your potential leaders and allow them to take full responsibility, accountability and ownership of the decisions they make in an ever changing and diverse environment.
ABOUT THE TRAINING
Mid and Senior level management will gain deep insights, a unique perspective and a high confidence within the Diversity, Inclusion and Authentic Portrayal arena through the lens of science. Delegates will also leave the workshop with an deep understanding of their own individual management styles and will learn how to create strong strategic plans for their diverse groups and organisations.
