One of the greatest lessons I learnt from my mother came when I was seven years old. She said,
“Don’t follow others and walk your own path. It may be lonely and it may be rough, but if you persevere,
one day you will look back and see many people following in your footsteps”

To this day I strive to walk my own path. And in so doing, I have travelled to many places and met many people. I have come to the conclusion that we all have one barrier.
The ability to see ourselves as each other. Maturity, knowledge and experience moves us to emotional and social cohesion.
In the natural world, Diversity and Inclusion isn’t a ‘thing’ one has to work on. It’s a natural state of being. In my keynote speeches I’ll show you why.
